Aether Story Connection Issues Guide
Are you behind a firewall?
Aether Story uses network ports that firewalls may block. If you are playing from school or work, that may be the cause.
Still having issues?
The server may be offline. Check the Server Status page, or ask on Discord whether others see the same thing.
Is the server offline?
The alpha servers aren't a 24/7 service, so they're sometimes offline. Please check back later.
