The PhanXgames web site is not hosted
on a public server, but instead is home to its own dedicated server.
PhanXgames has so many files and traffic that the best solution is
to give the site its own private server.
To host this server it is most
defiantly not free by any means. The advertisements on
the site only pay for so much, and we are short for our monthly
hosting bill. On top of our monthly hosting payments we also
require new software to keep the web site running smoothly and
securely.
So we are now asking our members to help us reach our goal of
$1000.00 to get the first part of server software upgrades. We
have already been able to afford a part of it, but we are almost
half way to our overall goal for this phase. We also will tap into
this donation bank to help cover hosting bills on regular basis.
